⚠️ What to Do When Your Rose Arrives ⚠️
1. Check the plant – Some wilting during transit is normal. If the rootball feels dry or the leaves look limp, soak the entire rootball in water for 2–3 hours before planting.
2. Carefully remove the plastic wrap from the rootball. Do not break apart or wash off the soil.
3. Plant the rose with the soil ball intact into a pot, not directly in the ground.
4. Water thoroughly after planting.
5. Keep the pot in full shade for 2–3 days to help the plant recover.
6. Do not fertilize or move into full sun right away. Wait until the plant shows signs of recovery (firm leaves, no wilting).
⚠️ Damage & Delivery Issues
If your roses arrive damaged, please notify us within 24 hours. Include clear photos or videos of the damage. Do not unwrap and plant damaged roses—contact us first.
⚠️ 30-Day Warranty
If your rose dies within 30 days, send photos (with tag) for a replacement. After 30 days, we can’t guarantee results due to care and environment. If the variety is out of stock, we may send a substitute.
⚠️ 6-Month Variety Guarantee
We stand behind the variety you ordered. If you believe the rose is not true to name, please let us know within 6 months of delivery. Seasonal changes in bloom color or shape are normal and not considered mislabeling.
